1. THE PARTNERSHIP (APPLICATIONS & PURCHASES)
Webiyo is a high-performance boutique.
- Online Purchases: Buying a "Buy Now" plan initiates the project. However, we reserve the right to refund and cancel any project that is not a fit for our specialized workflow.
- In-Person Deals: Partnerships started in person require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon completion before the site goes live.
2. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
We commit resources immediately upon payment.
- If you choose to cancel a project after payment has been made, Webiyo retains a cancellation fee of $99 to $199 (depending on project size) to cover administrative and initial setup costs.
- Once the design or coding phase has begun, further refunds are handled at our discretion based on work completed.
3. THE WEBIYO PERFORMANCE STANDARD
Perfect scores are the goal; elite performance is the reality.
- The Promise: Achieving four perfect 100s is statistically rare across the entire web. We guarantee your site will launch with at least two 100/100 scores and the remaining two will be 90 or above (typically hitting 93+).
- The "1% Architecture": This ensures your site remains faster and cleaner than 99% of your competition.
- Client Maintenance: We deliver a high-performance engine. If you install heavy plugins, unoptimized images, or external scripts after launch that slow the site down, Webiyo is not responsible for the resulting score drop.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- Ownership: Once the final payment is cleared (or the "Buy Now" plan is paid in full), you own the website and branding.
- Showcase: We reserve the right to feature your project in our EVIDENCE section to show off the results we achieved for you.
5. LIABILITY
Webiyo builds to the highest standards of 2026. While we provide the best SEO and security foundation possible, we do not guarantee specific Google rankings or "unhackable" status. We provide the tool; you provide the business.
