When am I charged?
When you complete payment. Most customers pay securely on this page in one charge. If the on-page form is unavailable, we take you to Stripe instead, where add-ons (hosting, domain, extra locations) are billed separately.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Yes, at any time. Monthly plans have no long-term contract. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you are not billed again.
What if my AI visibility does not go up?
If it has not gone up within 90 days, we keep working free for up to 60 more days. The conditions are in section 5 of the Terms.
Do you give refunds?
We do not refund work that has already been done. If you cancel a monthly plan, you keep access through the period you paid for. The full policy is in section 6 of the Terms.
Do I have to host my website with Webiyo?
No. Webiyo hosting is $120 for the full year, and we manage the site and keep it up and running. You can host it yourself instead, but then we do not manage the site or keep it running. A .com domain is $15 for the first year if you need one.
Can I add or remove locations later?
Yes. Extra locations are $10 a month each, and you can change the number by emailing info@webiyo.tech.
I am not sure which plan fits. What should I do?
Get the free audit first, or book a free call. If you do not need us yet, we will say so.
