Most automation comes as a package: the same ten workflows whether they fit or not. We start from how your business already runs and build only what you'll use. Here are three builds we get asked for most.

Business automation is software that does a repeatable task for you. When one thing happens, such as a missed call or a new form, the next step happens on its own: a text goes out, a record is created or an appointment is booked. You build it once and it runs every time.
What can be automated in a small business?
Most tasks that repeat, follow rules and live in software. Common ones are answering missed calls, following up on quotes, booking and reminders, sending invoices, updating your CRM, asking for reviews and sending reports. Tasks that need judgment can often be handled by an AI agent inside the same workflow.
How much does business automation cost?
Webiyo quotes one flat price per project before any work starts, and that price doesn't change if the build takes longer than planned. The price depends on how many tools and steps are involved. See pricing or book a free call for a quote.
How long does it take to set up?
A small automation, like texting back a missed call, can be live in a few days. A larger project that connects several tools or includes AI agents can take a month or more. We'll tell you what to expect before you commit.
Do I have to change the software I already use?
No. We build around what you already use: your calendar, phone system, CRM, accounting and inbox. Webiyo connects to more than 1,500 tools and can build a custom connection for software that has an API.
What's the difference between automation and an AI agent?
Automation follows fixed rules: when this happens, do that. An AI agent can read a message, decide what it means and write a reply. Most projects use both. The automation moves information between your tools, and the agent handles the steps that need judgment.
What happens when an emergency call comes in after hours?
The AI agent answers, works out whether it's urgent and, if it is, keeps calling and texting you until you pick up. If it can wait, the agent books the job for the morning and you aren't woken up.
Will the AI call or text people who haven't contacted my business?
No. Webiyo only builds AI calling and texting for people who contacted your business first or opted in, such as returning a missed call or replying to a form. We don't build cold calling or cold texting.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You tell us how the work gets done now, and we build and test it. You get a plain list of what each automation does. If we run it for you, we handle the upkeep.
What happens if an automation breaks?
If Webiyo runs it for you, we maintain it and fix it, usually because one of the connected tools changed something. If you host it yourself, you have the finished workflows on your own accounts.
Do you build on n8n, Make or Zapier?
Most Webiyo projects are built on n8n, because it handles complex workflows and AI agents well. We use Make or Zapier when they fit your setup better. You don't need to know any of them.

We'll go through where your time goes and tell you what's worth automating. If the answer is nothing yet, we'll say so.

What owners tell me most is that they didn't expect it to be this fast, or to fit this well. We learn how your business already runs, build around it, and test everything before it touches a customer. Because we start with the job that costs you the most time, it usually pays for itself quickly. The first call is just me asking where your time goes.
