This policy explains what information Webiyo LLC ("Webiyo," "we") collects through webiyo.tech and our services, and how we use it.

Information We Collect

What you give us directly: your name, email, business name, website, phone number (if provided), and message when you submit our contact form, request an audit, or sign up for updates.

Automatically: basic usage data (pages visited, general location by IP, device and browser type) collected through standard site analytics.

From delivering your service: information needed to do the work you've hired us for, such as your website's content, your Google Business Profile details, and similar business information.

We do not knowingly collect payment card details directly; those are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.

How We Use It

To respond to your inquiry or deliver the free audit or service you requested.

To provide, maintain, and improve the services you've purchased.

To send you updates you've asked for, such as your Answer Check reports.

To understand how people use our site, so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for anything beyond what's described here. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out of marketing emails at any time; we may still contact you about an active service you've purchased.

How We Share It

We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as our hosting provider, email delivery service, and automation tools, and only as needed for them to perform that function. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our legal rights. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Text Messages

If you provide your phone number and agree to receive text messages from us, we'll use it only for the purpose you agreed to, such as scheduling a call or sending you an update about your audit or service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies

Our site may use basic cookies for analytics and to remember your preferences. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; some site features may not work as well if you do.

Session recording: we use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site, including clicks, scrolling and page views, so we can fix what is confusing. What you type into forms is masked and is not recorded. Microsoft processes this data under its own privacy statement.

Do Not Track: Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. We do not currently respond differently to that signal, because there isn't yet a common standard for how sites should interpret it.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide services to you, respond to your inquiry, or comply with our own legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@webiyo.tech. We'll respond within a reasonable time. If you're located somewhere with specific privacy rights under local law (such as the EU or California), those rights apply to the extent that law covers you; contact us and we'll address your request appropriately.

Children's Privacy

Our site and services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect the latest version.
